      Pros

      There is a covered parking lot attached to the building. That's pretty much it.

      Cons

      This is the most toxic work environment I have ever seen. Management is essentially taught to discount younger staff and distrust everything. There is no constructive feedback or coaching. People are berated in front if entire deparments and it's expected that all managers will follow suit. I was actually asked at one point to call an associate and tell her she had committed a "fireable" offense by failing to make herself available for two days on an out of country vacation. I can't describe the level of dysfunction at this company.

      check thelayoff.com for sabre-holdings read the history of firing employees, also no ethics followed when firing employee they don't get chance to say Bye, even treated badly. (08-Jan-14) one of the mass layoff around 60 in a day. Manager driven culture no policies, favoritism. No Transparency or Openness , to many hidden parameters. Bangalore Center has created few custom designation and call them as desk title, and in letter they give previous title. every 3 years top mgmt changes and restructuring happens ..... no even pay structure for same level. more manager per employee ratio

      Pros

      It has been a good company, surviving and even thriving through the down turn with a CEO that saw the value in his employees and understood his people.

      Cons

      That CEO retired. Now we have a new one who thinks he's Steve Jobs, intent on IPO, with a new management team that just listens to consultants rather than trying to understand the business.
