- nice people to work with, some of them really engaged - good work / life balance, work from home - compensation near to market ratios

Cons

- waterfall process and product management behind scrum facade - poor morale, organization unwilling and unable to change itself - constant ongoing transformation, creating more chaos than value - effort going into process and over-control instead of trust and values - calls, remote teams - it simply does not work.

Great work life balance. Cool looking HQ with great facilities. Teammates are on point, technical, and highly skilled. Surrounded by some completely engaged and focused colleagues. Some of the key people who built the travel industry work here.

Cons

Looking forward to attracting more silicon-valley quality programmers. We need to better compete with all the companies relocating to DFW.
