      Pros

      As the company is moving to GCP there is an opportunity to learn new things and modernize the application stack. Flexible working hours and possibility to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of old applications with outdated technology. Many of them are just "lift&shift" to GCP. It all depends which project you join. There are also brand new projects and projects re-written for GCP.
