People were really passionate and wanted to make a difference. People really wanted to do what was right for the customer

Cons

Before Sean the upper management knee jerk reaction for any adverse situation was a layoff followed by an reorg.

Some group have very restrictive policy of working from home too much bureaucracy in some departments restricting developers choice in tools and/or environments growing interdepartmental and across center (US vs India) politics
