      Each time new upper management every position is precarious , and no thought to those who have spent time growing with the company Training given as rewards rather than requirements

      Not many pros with SGS ireland. Pension, 9-5 working day.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, micromanagement from higher management, NO staff appreciation, no salary incentive, NO bonus to date, HR are clueless.

      Pros

      The main pro was steady hours 9-5 (Monday - Friday). The work in general was easy. Co-workers were really kind and helpful and were always there to offer support and advice.

      Cons

      There was no room for advancement or further training. There was no reward for being a high performer. The work itself was monotonous and boring and very script-based. When mistakes were made the agents were blamed and the scripts were changed without looking at why mistakes of this nature may be made.
