      Pros

      Sterility Assurance at SGS is great for a first job out of college to learn about GMP and the CRO lab setting. It can be a solid second job out of college as well if you are looking to put in the work to move up quickly. The management while I was there was quite good. The pay has increased a lot since I was there.

      Cons

      It is a physically demanding, busy job with a fluctuating schedule. The management that was there while I was working there is now gone for Sterility, Bioburden, and Microbiology. This was caused by a poor hiring at the director level.

      lets you work freely, decent hourly pay, opportunity to travel. lets you build connections with people

      Cons

      lowered driving compensation to where it barely covers cost of car and sgs wants you to have a car a maximum of 6 years old, always trying to change things and sometimes it doesn't help, unorganized, and poor communication. received a referral bonus and was taxed 25 percent and wasn't notified that until received.

      Work colleagues. Good to get some work experience then can get a better job elsewhere.

      Cons

      Low pay. Poor management. Lack of training. All about profits and no focus on employees. No prospects of career development.
