      Pros

      Not sure if there is an pros, there are some nice people around but they are also affected by micromanagement. Projects are good and good people are keep living if they follow two people rules in the project.

      Cons

      SGS IT department needs a lot of improvement, SGS has won a couple of good projects but their management is terrible, depending on a couple of people for making a decision. Forget happiness and growth, bad office politics

      Pros

      At first the Pro’s was all the over time we can handle.

      Cons

      They refused to pay us mileage, wanted us to drive 2 hours away from home and eat the cost of the fuel and wear and tear on our vehicle. Then they took all the over time away, then they made us walk miles and expected us to reach our quota ? Worse management I have ever seen. No on knows what is truly going on. Everything is a secret. Worse Compmay I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      You work by yourself. No boss standing over your back hounding you. You get paid an hourly wage do if your in traffic you still get paid. Mileage reimbursement. Lots of overtime potential

      Cons

      Lots of driving to appointments. They give you easy to many appointments to complete for one day. Sometimes job can be frustrating
