      Very Poor Company - No Strategy, Ethics or Respect

      Most of the people I worked with are decent, helpful and kind but extremely unhappy, depressed and their souls are broken

      Cons

      Too many to list. Basically, someone from the Top needs to have a good look at the whole structure and start from scratch. No strategy, no ethics, completely corrupt, bullying, low pay, no perks, disrespecting staff and causing them low morale, self confidence, stess and depressions. A company like this should not exist in this day and age. Accreditation organisations and customers are being lied to and deceived. So many labs accreditations are based on lies and corruption.

      Laid back workplace. Maybe too laid back

      After working their exactly one month (hired right after graduation) I was called in, let go, and escorted out. With no explanation. Not one person in that room would look me in the eye, and kept referring me to HR. Convenientntly, no one from HR was at my "out the door" briefing. And no one from HR would return my calls. I am completely mystified. No one, in that month, said anything negative about my work. I signed a year's lease to be close to the company. I am completely devastated. If just one person had taken the time to instruct or tell me what I was doing wrong, I could have fixed it; i could have gotten better. But I honestly have no idea what just happened. I am well aware that New Jersey is an "at will" state. I just honestly thought I had a future there.

      They pay well for corporate positions.

      Cons

      The most unorganized organization I have ever seen. They do not give salary increases when promised. You have to beg to get one. Local managers have their own agenda and do not want help from within the organization.
