Brilliant experience, they give you tons of responsibility but sit over you like a hawk. Sink or swim environment.

Cons

Managers are totally over bearing. The culture is created by the top man, the CEO, who is a complete bully.

Pros

Having a good experience depends pretty on much on which route and crew you are on as I have found the management not to be very supportive.

Cons

No flexibility, long hours and not a job you would keep for a long term, it's never a first option for a flight attendant wanna be.
