Pros

Good to meet new countries and get a first experience

Cons

Complete lack of respect for employees, zero hour contracts, ruthless and under trained managers. Huge training costs and no social protection. No access to Unions and serious consequences when challenging manager's decisions

Pros

Once you get a Ryanair contract, the money is good and possibly one of the very few reasons why people stay. The people who work here are mostly amazing, a nice, fun atmosphere among colleagues. Even though staff travel is not the best, you still have the chance to travel around Europe and connect with family and friends.

Cons

it might look like there are great opportunities to get promoted, etc. The truth is there aren't, really after you've become a supervisor. The management has no consideration for its employees at all. I do understand that there are so many of us, but sometimes, individual circumstances should be considered. When you ask for something which would be considered normal in other places, it's a big deal. Everything is a big deal. Virtually impossible to get holidays in the summer. In my base we are not allowed to wear a coat in winter or ponytails, things that exist in other bases. Staff travel could be better (and cheaper).

Pros

Great for young people. Plenty of free-time. Return home every day. Meet hundreds of people from different cultures. Reasonable salary.

Cons

Very hard to step ahead. Very random working hours. Early shifts start at 5.30 am. Can get stressful. Physically tiring.
