Young and vibrating work environment. A lot of nice people in the staff. Good balance between work and free time.

Cons

It requires a lot of flexibility, expecially in case of weather disruptions and delays. Be ready to be very patient with customers.

I have been working in the commercial department of Ryanair for the past six months. Overall my experience has been positive. My team are extremely helpful and there is always good communication from management. The work is challenging and there are a lot of opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Pros: Good salary and varied work; Good communication; Approachable management and friendly work environment; Great staff travel benefits; Fantastic new offices with great facilities.

Cons

Cons: There is no overtime.
