Pros

Full exposure to the airline industry. Some very nice people who are treated badly a lot of the time unfortunately. Can be a good place for youngsters to learn.

Cons

Lies lies and more lies. Some management good - majority very poor. Many prepared to back stab. Reputation within the industry is poor - but I guess you should know that already. There are some horrors in there - much worse than the CEOs controversial image.
