Pros
- perfect for people with no work experience - very good training - safety and security way better than in other airlines -no matter how badly they speak about the airline I have to admit that was on highest level, - newest fleet in Europe - stable roster 5:3
Cons
- they don’t like if you are sick too often, call you out to Dublin for some meetings giving you warnings, most probably cause they don’t need you anymore since you, for example paid your training in total already and you have to make space for new ones who’s salary will be minimized by the training costs, - salary is avarage like in most european airlines, had to pay the income tax myself - that was really bad - you do very embarrassing things on board like selling scratch cards... better to go and hide in the toilet if you want to skip it, - it all depends when you are based, I had a nice one where we didn’t have that much pressure on doing all that ryanair circus (selling etc)
