Pros

Exciting and ambitious projects, solid salary, some smart and nice colleagues.

Cons

Management with no understanding of design making decisions. Poor behaviour is rewarded, contributing to a toxic environment. There were a lot of good and talented people, but a few bad apples in key positions made it very hard to make progress. Lack of understanding / commitment to UX within the company. No benefits whatsoever.
