Pros

Most of the employees are awesome. Marvin Rush created a family atmosphere and when there is a disaster everyone pitches in to help. Marvin Rush had a vision and people followed that vision; he is a great man and a great business man.

Cons

Marvin retired and his son, Rusty took over. Rusty expanded the company too fast...built the house without the plumbing.

Pros

The sales management is so lazy and incompetent, you can try to manage your book of business without management messing with established relationships. They still tried to nose in and take credit for any sales.

Cons

No leadership, a company run by accountants. It can take days to bill out a truck. As a competitor now, they are considered an easy mark to take customers away from. The new software all but stops a salesman from doing productive tasks.

The hours are good, but that is about all.

Cons

If you are a female, don't bother. You will not be paid equally to men, you will not be promoted the same as the men but you are expected to do the same work sometimes more for alot less money. Benefits are terrible and if you get a cost of living raise, they take it away by upping the cost of the insurance.
