Pros
The sales management is so lazy and incompetent, you can try to manage your book of business without management messing with established relationships. They still tried to nose in and take credit for any sales.
Cons
No leadership, a company run by accountants. It can take days to bill out a truck. As a competitor now, they are considered an easy mark to take customers away from. The new software all but stops a salesman from doing productive tasks.
