The money's good, the work is relatively stable, they ask for their employee's opinions on policies, they want to empower their workforce

Cons

The pace of aerospace is kind of slow, there is some level of dependence on government contracts, and the future is never really certain because investment required for new technology is very high

The new building known as Meridian center is nice building with fitness facility, close to downtown where everything is walking distance. Some opportunity to travel to Europe mainly UK. competitive salary

Cons

IT is bad, the computers are slow with ancient programs. RR been talking about modernizing IT but still making little progress. Holiday package is NOT competitive compare to most other similar companies. It use to be great, this is something changed recently for the sake of controlling cost despite record profit.
