Good Benefits package, diversity in work and a great team.

Cons

Can feel like there is constant change occurring. Nuclear industry projects never start when you expect them too, yet the end dates never appear to change so there is often pressure to deliver to tight time scales.

Good benefits, 5% yearly bonus possible, plenty of holidays and it's a big company so lots of opportunities to advance.

Cons

British influence hard to work under at times. Typical bureaucracy of a large company makes it practically impossible to get anything done sometimes.
