I have worked with some great people at Rolls-Royce. I really enjoy my manager and team.

Cons

Focused on short term (mid year / within year) financials while not emphasizing long term growth and improvement. Also has too many executives with many lower level personnel reporting to multiple (up to 6) managers. This also creates an environment where most of the employees are nickeled and dimed over bonuses and pay.
