Pros
If you hit or exceed your targets- you can earn comission. Great work life balance.
Cons
Can be quite tedious depending on the market- mine was not developed at all. The job was sold to me as if there would be a lot of big clients etc- in reality there was only one or two. I was cold calling at least twice a week, adding new contacts to the system and sending speculative CV's all day. Boring role- and tough market. I learned all I had to learn in 3 months- after that its just pure luck, hoping that the CV you chose to send to a person would be noticed.... if you don't hit financial targets, you will be sacked so be wary
