Definately the best recruitment firm to work in Japan, especially as a new consultant

Good classroom and on the job training program, and framework for new starters Great team based culture with strong support network Attractive success based financial rewards Well known brand and well regarded in the Japan/Asia market

Cons

Very target/KPI focussed (but it is a sales job) Team culture can really vary acrros the company Non-transparent bonus structure

Good place to start a career in sales

-Good training -Nice team environment -Smart co-workers -Better long term career prospects than other recruiting firms

Cons

-Can be a bit stressful....but that can be said for any sales job. -Although it depends on the team and the office, the environment can be very KPI driven with a surprising amount of micromanagement. Sometimes you will find people scrambling more to hit their KPIs than to bring in revenue.
