Great salary and compensation schemes. Great people mostly. Good progression. Good perks. Management actually care and listen and feedback.

Cons

The environment can be very cliquey, and there are some very pretentious members of staff as well as those who are extremely loud/look down on people.

Pros

There is a really fun atmosphere, as well as a really strong team mentality. Lovely manager. Gives people advancement opportunities if they're looking for them.

Cons

The hours are on the longer side but still not as bad as working in a law firm. Some times the work can be a bit same same/ tedious, particularly in team support.
