Great management who cares about the staff and works hard daily to develop them. Cordial, fun work environment. Every day was a fun, new experience. Learnings and best practices are shared freely by all senior staff and leadership through both formal meetings and ad hoc gudance. The perfect place for a new recruiter just starting out or a seasoned pro looking to up their game or mentor the next generation.

Cons

Sales can be a tough racket. This is not for everyone but if you have the drive and the passion, the leader of this firm's NY office will make it his mission to get you to be the best you can be.

Working culture, the people, team, support, training, motivation, mobility opportunity, it's all there for you if you enjoy a consultant/headhunt job. Plus, it is very rewarding if you put your heart into it

Cons

It's a life of a consultant, forever!

Pros

A well established system with good training and a good team based approach but also giving you the sense that you are running your own business. Good co-workers, everybody is really nice and get along well Nice office environment, clean and spacious Strong existing connections of clients and candidates in the region and the biggest foreign agency there. Seem to be well placed for further growth Fast paced and exciting Overall had a good experience working there and would definitely recommend it

Cons

The pressure of KPIs can sometimes really suck but it's a sales job so to be expected I guess Felt like some micro management when KPIs were low They use too many cliches like "time kills all deals", "you don't get if you don't ask" etc
