      Cons

      Dodgy Agents. Forgot to take care of expiring contracts. Once I have to tell them that my contract is expiring and the next is nobody remembered that my contract had expired. Pain. Agent even blamed me for not telling them.

      Like any sales environment it can be tough at times, but when you know hard work is rewarded it motivates you through those tougher times.
