Pros
- Depends on managers, you will get the good training and cares. I had from Phuc Pham and one Manager who left and I really appreciate his treatment to me during my time there, no matter what happen later. - Fun team, good system compare to other hunting firms ( bc I moved on), The policy reduce internal conflicts and control people manner in a professional way - If you want to learn technique on recruitment, there has the best people in the industry for you to be close with.
Cons
- Seriously, Just about how they pay the bonus and salary. If you come to Robert Walters VN, aim to "learn" only, because with the same revenue, let's say 900 mil VND, You know how much commission will you make in other firm will be significantly higher than in RW. Also the fairness in internal salary ( this information is not known to everyone but I know very much specifically). If not because of money, I would not leave RW.
