      Pros

      Always meeting new people. Co-workers are often similar in age and interests. No huge pressure in terms of meeting targets.

      Cons

      Can be horrible if your manager is no fun and takes themselves too seriously. My store had a large flight of stairs between stock room and shop floor...can be quite annoying even for the fittest of us.

      All the staff and management is so helping n friendly at the same time :)

      Cons

      I can hardly find anything as a CON,, I think River Island is perfect from every inch
