Friendly people Different jobs so dont get board Interacting with customers Discount on clothes Vouchers given as incentive for hard work

Cons

Managers are not the nicest and sometimes gave out to staff in front of customers which was very unprofessional. We were made approach customers which is not always what customers want

Head office roles very demanding

working in a really cool head office around all the lastest fashion, getting discounted clothes from head office shop, gym in building. general discount on all company clothes. Really being part of the process of getting clothes into stores. good canteen in office, parking available

Cons

very demanding, not much training given for Buyers Admin assistant role, thrown into the deep end. Buyers and other heads can be very patronizing and demanding. general very high stress levels Can work some very long days. office is out of city with not much around it.

I have seen how flexible their overall operations can be, whether it is in front of customers or in the background scene.

Cons

I generally do not have any cons regarding this company, but if I were to mention one, it would be that the break times for employees aren't that good.
