Horrible Company To Work For

The pay was fairish (but not great).

Cons

Worked in their Milton Keynes warehouse and can honestly say that they're by far the worst company that i've ever worked for. Management constantly being promoted and demoted. General staff hired through a revolving door and then fired and just about everyone in the building was on at least one warning, which was a system that they abused and handed out like confetti. A lot of this seemed to coincide with them making their on-site HR department redundant. Not only put me off ever working for them again but from also ever buying anything from them. A family owned company that likes you to eat out of their hands.
