There was a supplement for uniform that let me look presentable for the (unadvertised) crazy hours I was working. The other sales assistants who joined at the same time as me were lovely too.

Cons

Management is a disgrace who leave you feeling victimised and disrespected. I was personally victimised by one of the managers to a point of real depressing emotion. The training is abysmal and those with the lowest pay are usually lumbered with the most work.

Pros

Uniform allowance, 30% discount. New stock twice a week so you never get bored of seeing the same things. Great working with fashionable clothes.

Cons

Working for 5 hours without a break then your made to feel like your a child for asking to use the toilet or have a quick drink. Management not always professional and do not enforce rules with employees who need it. Holiday system is not fair. Stuck doing the same job day in day out when everyone should do their fair share of all roles and departments. Not properly trained but then pulled up and notified when you make a mistake. Days can drag if store is quiet. Same members of staff doing nothing all day every day but seem to get away it.

Pros

Working there as a student is the best, just one or two days, so no or not involved with co-workers. The work itself is satisfiyng, always something to do, love the contact with customers.

Cons

youre co-workers, especially management itself in this store. I believe its different in the stores in Other country. In Belgium, they are egocentric, hatefull And bullies. You'll never get the Chance to grow
