Bearable - Sales Advisor River Island Employee Review

Working for 5 hours without a break then your made to feel like your a child for asking to use the toilet or have a quick drink. Management not always professional and do not enforce rules with employees who need it. Holiday system is not fair. Stuck doing the same job day in day out when everyone should do their fair share of all roles and departments. Not properly trained but then pulled up and notified when you make a mistake. Days can drag if store is quiet. Same members of staff doing nothing all day every day but seem to get away it.
