Team you work with are always welcoming and fun, also happy to help, great teamwork!

Cons

terrible organisation throughout head office, no support with training for promotions, left to teach yourself and still get blamed for any wrong decisions. Part of the job is also being security and looking out for thieves, definitley do not pay enough for any of the responsibilities.

Brilliant Area manager Good discount Love the place but have become very disolusioned in last 3 years . Cant stress enough excellent area manager

Cons

Unrecognised no pay rise in over 9 years Unrealistic expectations /SMART approach needs to be looked at. Unsupported Very quick to blame and point finger . HR and ER could be more support to stores If u dont like it leave attitude Workload unachievable in last 2 years unless you work 60 hr week. Not very family orientated. Not enough hours in the day Loyalty and constant consistant results not recognised. Poor training programe for sales managers esp internal promotions . Always trying to save on payroll unable to train anyone which in turn causes wasted hours due to picking up mistakes of untrained staff .Not looking a bigger picture.
