Unrealistic expectations /SMART approach needs to be looked at.

Very quick to blame and point finger .
HR and ER could be more support to stores
If u dont like it leave attitude
Workload unachievable in last 2 years unless you work 60 hr week.
Not very family orientated.
Not enough hours in the day
Loyalty and constant consistant results not recognised.
Poor training programe for sales managers esp internal promotions .
Always trying to save on payroll unable to train anyone which in turn causes wasted hours due to picking up mistakes of untrained staff .Not looking a bigger picture.
