      Pros

      The staff relationships we're great, I was there two years and never had any arguments/ heard of bad mouthing everyone acted like a family and helped everyone at every opportunity. All the managers we're great and they helped teach rather than talk at. I cried when I left and I'd give anything to go back if only the money was better. Best place I ever worked! Go river island intu lakeside!!

      Cons

      It was hard to organise holiday. It always seemed a massive effort to book any time off even when we changed or oracle. I don't feel as everyone got the same opportunity, I was till trainer quickly and was Saturday till controller and on till nearly every shift while a colleague had been there the same amount of time regularly asked to be till trained for months and months

      Pros

      working with people one of the most comforting places to work in with so many friendly staff, great enviroment to work in fast pace so you always have somthing to do and even when you think theres nothing to do you can learn so much more if youre intrested in it

      Cons

      theres not many its hard to have a small team that you know everyone in well, just because for a company such as river island when they require a so many staff its hard to know everyone, biggest con working there is for people that want full time contracts its almost impossible to recive a full time contract unless youre a lvl 2 or a manager.

      Pros

      The pros of working for river is that it's such a lovely chance to really get involved with fashion because with river they get new clothes in every 3 days! Also mostly every one is so friendly and I have met a friends I will have for life working at river

      Cons

      There's not really many cons just that it can be quite strict sometimes but you expect that at work! Also after Christmas time it can become very quite which means getting all work done and standing around waiting for something to do which makes you feel like your not doing your job.
