If you get offered a job at HQ, just decline straight away. Issues include: - Mico-managed. - Unless you are best friends with the directors or people higher up they couldn't care less about your opinion. They will allow their best friends to make decisions in areas that aren't their expertise. - You won't be trusted to do the job they hired you for and the structure of the company and teams is the worst I've ever seen. - There is a massive power struggle in HQ. They use the executives to put their battles forward against other managers causing tension better the execs. - There's one team that is a set of bullies, making multiple people cry. If you're not in their clique, you're not welcome. - No exit interview to express your concerns. Just avoid it all together. The office is so far out of London, and on a building site - it's not worth the commute and stress of such a horrible company.
