Business Outlook
Pros
Management is fine, can take overtime, co-workers are chill. One big shop floor, plenty of space in staff room. Work environment is better than other companies.
Cons
One of the mens's product managers think he owns the shop, constantly micro manages and bullies young employees especially females. Everyone is scared of him to even have a chat in between when they are no customers for hours cause he would keep pestering you and telling you off. This is how you decrease employee's productivity by passing rude comments on how you they don't do anything and are getting paid to work. Watching every move every second feels I'm back in primary schools. IYKYK. Some other managers are partial too.
