* long hours * you don’t stop working, always checking teams as new information is posted from head office even after the shops have closed * management don’t care about your mental health despite the company preaching that “mental health matters”. I don’t understand a place the preaches mental health could put their staff through so much. You could tell senior management you weren’t coping well and they’d tell you that’s part of the job and to “relax when you’re home and take time to yourself”.. how exactly is that possible when the working hours are so full on and you’re constantly getting things sent to you via teams on your day off. You can’t switch off, this job will turn into your whole life and personality. The salary is not worth the physical and mental stress this company gives you. Worked in enough companies to know that this isn’t a normal way of working and it’s laughable that they can even host events discussing mental health. Slap in the face for someone who has now been prescribed antidepressants because of working for this God forsaken company. Save the hassle and don’t apply; you’ll regret every moment. Slowly trying to rebuild myself after all the horrible stuff I have to endure whilst working at this terrible company. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
