Pros

The other employees are very friendly and you get free lunch during your 1/2 hour break

Cons

Management are unreceptive when you go to them for help. Going through the "chain of command" is useless and the open door policy means nothing if there isn't anyone there. If they want you gone, they will turn their backs on you when you go to them for help

Good job to have

Pros

Weekly pay is fantastic. Also, the heavy discounts are a great perk to have! Especially if you work in the spa

Cons

There's definitely a food chain when it comes to how others are treated. Jobs such as management, security, and front desk are treated like gold while others (housekeeping, spa valet, and laundry) are treated like dirt.

Pros

Looks great on resume if you are in hospitality industry or customer service. Great tips if you are working hourly tip jobs.

Cons

No diversity (prefers caucasians) If you're good looking or pretty you got the job. Intelligence or degree does not matter as long as you look good and have good body. Poor.. I mean really poor management. Managers don't do anything but check female employees out and verbally harrase them. No work and personal life balance (married to your job) Scheduling sucks real bad. Have done back to back for a week. No support from management. Favortism Only promotes the people they hang at the bar with. Management and male employees degrade female employees and disrespects them. Guest treats associates like slaves. Does not live by the "credo" card.
