- bi-weekly pay checks - I stayed to long because of the friendships I made, not because of managers

Cons

- Plays favorites - No real room for advancements - Does not care about education - Hard to use PTO, workforce and managers give roadblocks

*Insurance benefits kicks in the first day of employment *Free water and coffee *Good entry point in residential design industry for those who didn't go to design school

Cons

RH is a Stock driven organization, which navigates the business to pleasing stock holders. This is not like an architectural firm, at a real firm your projects stems from committed clients, at RH, you are gambling with your design. If you went to school for interior design and passionate about working your way in to commercial industry, RH is not the one for you. Internal Leaders use gaslighting as the method of choice for obfuscating internal politics. There's a huge disconnect between employees with retail background and professional designers/architects, watch out for that.
