Okay benefits, beautiful work environment, enjoyed most of my coworkers, training and organization from corporate was very helpful

Cons

Management was horrible. Worried more about what you were wearing to work than actually helping. The turnover rate was so high you ended up doing multiple jobs to fill in the gaps, and management wouldn't help with the shortage of staff. Often felt micro-managed and bullied. Management also did not care about safety or COVID protocols.

The company references their implementation and planning as "fast is as slow as we go." This often leads to outcomes that did not get enough prior planning and are rushed into effect. There is a very cult-like way in which communication functions within the company. The upper management is very inflexible in their expectations for building management.
