Good work life balance, positive work environment

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work that will be required of you. You will become more of a sales associate and get pushed by numbers rather than quality of design work. Rushed deadlines to have gallery numbers met quicker. Management is terrible and there is constant turnover within the galleries which makes for it to be a hard work environment and the people who have been there the longest end up doing all the work; even picking up managers slack.

The showrooms are beautiful and glamorous.

Cons

Management is not planned and employees are constantly "extinguing fires". Furniture is never delivered on-time, employees are required to make false promises to clients. No quality control on furniture. The moral is always low and the pay is even lower.
