RH is a Stock driven organization, which navigates the business to pleasing stock holders. This is not like an architectural firm, at a real firm your projects stems from committed clients, at RH, you are gambling with your design. If you went to school for interior design and passionate about working your way in to commercial industry, RH is not the one for you. Internal Leaders use gaslighting as the method of choice for obfuscating internal politics. There's a huge disconnect between employees with retail background and professional designers/architects, watch out for that.
