You go to HR to solve some turmoil out on the floor thats has been ongoing, and it gets you singled-out. The supervisor,the leadhand, the teamlead will make your life a living hell. There is a supervisor and leadhand and when an issue is reocurring they say out of good faith how the teamlead is not like that at all. You can have witnesses out on the floor who watches you being treated unethical who are willing to vouche for a witness to the matter at hand and the supervisor will look at the both of you and say" ill check with your teamlead to confirm that this is true" there is no investigation to underlying issues...they just feed off the buddy system of he said she said in their clique. You can be the most persistant team player with a good attitude and everyone likes you but if the teamlead finds you a threat and takes your "helping others" to "shes trying to do my job" then maybe a teamlead should have more responsibilty for that lil extra money. I personaly do not know what a teamlead job is at rehau. Someone else does the paper work for he/she.our lead hand tells us where we are to work. And my teamlead only work 15-18 minute incriments and then walks around and sometimes not even in our workarea. I stand not even a foot of working with another associate and she gets bullied by the teamlead. Last night i got yelled at by the leadhand to STOP TALKING. Excuse me but will someone please point out a hanging sign that says no talking or in one of your precious greybooks? The associate who gets bullied often...typically 3-7 times in ne night has made her mentally manipulated, she has such low self esteem that speaking so loud will make her cry. I personally get treated like an escape goat. I do more.i work more. At my last job if you did a great job and hit your number you got to train elsewhere. Here i do more than enough my job implys..and my teamlead pulls me to go do another job then another. Again ...what is a teamlead? With all her walking around and talking she cld easily fill in where help is needed at that time. To me a teamlead is a "fill-in associate" go to whatever area is slacking or is n dire need.
Lets talk about footwear for a moment. Lets say estimated 9 people weretenis shoes daily to work...and 7 have no required drs note...lets say the one time i wear tennis shoes i get threatened a write up. Sure its my bad on my end for not wear my proper foot wear. But why am i being singled out?
Lets talk dr notes. I have witnessed many who didnt use company doc and got placed on light duty. In dec when i brought my family dr note i straight got told to clock out and leave.. why am i not allowed light duty?
Even when i went to the company doc later i got placed into two hand braces..because i got placed in these braces...you guessed it, the buddy system not only put me on a job that imflamed my wrists that i was on for 2 months straight with no relief but you try to wear two forearm wrists braces with metal bars and put plastic clips and metal screws and do two different sets of wiring and tell me if you are fast at it.
I personally got moved by Hr for my sake because my teamlead at the time told our old supervisor that i volunteered for some bumper line 205?? (First off i didnt know the first thing about rehau....let alone know specifics) i didnt even know she was my teamlead! And just as plain as day she seen me as a threat and wanted me off her line. I had other associates tell me the same thing.without asking and without furthering the conversation. I dont talk to a lot of folks but i greet with hospitality to clear the air of any accusation of my image. I enjoy comming to work.well i did. Get this the buddy system she was in got her to be my leadhand now. so you can just imagine the authority she prances around with all day.

Keep in mind this isnt being posted because i caught some attitude in one night, this has been completely ongoing since my employment and after being singled-out by the buddy system last night i never wanted to walk away from a job so much in my life.but im not a QUITTER! I have delt with all chain of commands besides the ...welp i dont know what he is honestly. Pat james? And the times i needed him most i never can find him. If this dont get your attention that something needs to be done then i will then loose all hope in the company i now work for.
Also ive put 3 transfers since last november. None of them can be found according to HR.
Before recent shut down we all got some list to list what we have done and three places we would like to learn. I put;no doubt,even i feel is way to easy. I went to turn in my list and my own teamlead tells me i will not get to work in those areas. They are too easy for someone like me.
i have bigger goals than some teamlead or supervisor so bringing this to the table isnt to get someone demoted or fired. They can have that postion. I do know my teamlead has run out of people wanting to work for hher thats why i was pulled without knowing where i was going. Got told it be a two week cross train. That was a lie.
