Pros
Good money, nice building, clean bathrooms. Loves to waste money when Germans come to town. They love a good trade show and if you are upper management there is very little work required. They also get you discounts on rental cars.
Cons
Everything else. Arrogant and elitist attitudes from everyone above you on the "organigram". The reviews above that say it's a great place, are clearly written by one of their many HR drones who spend most of their day making sure their ties are not wrinkled and kissing some higher ups rear. The guy that said they sweep problems under the rug is spot on. If you dare attend one of their "consultation days" be prepared to get laid off soon after.
