      Having started 24 years ago in the contact centre, RAC has provided me the opportunities to develop myself and my career, so I am now in a Head of Role. Along the way I've worked in 3 different divisions and gained a vast amount of experience. When people ask me why I've stayed so long I say the following... The people, because they have a can-do service orientated attitude. The place, because it's allowed me to progress and kept me continually interested and challenged. The performance, because the organisation continues to grow and smash it's targets year after year and it's great to be a part of a winning team.

      You need to be the kind of person who is prepared to be challenged by workload and can pivot when priorities change.

      I’ve been at RAC now for a few months and can say it’s one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The environment is safe, supportive and everyone is so passionate to do their best and to contribute to the success of the RAC. the leadership team are approachable and transparent with the wider business and hold town hall meetings to update the business regularly on performance and future outlook. It is obvious the leadership team care about the employees wellbeing and engagement by the relationships they have built. The environment is fast-paced but everyone I have spoke to is always happy help and upskill.
