Self-Evaluations - it's not my job to tell you how I think I'm doing in my role Minimal Raises - They don't even try to keep up with inflation rates, and the raises are not merit-based, even if they try to tell you they are. Extreme Lack of Communication - Sales throws their clients to the wolves after setting them up; Customer Solutions is swamped with trying to fix the messes that Sales usually created; Logistics is always at fault, even when they're doing their jobs correctly; Processing is micromanaged to the Nth degree.

Horrific example of capalism in healthcare with a strangle hold on diagnostic care Will overwork you within the first month and punish any and all beneficial workers

Cons

Only Money orientated No regard for employee health or wellbeing No regard for clients and patients No training program No yearly bonus Holiday pay is a joke if you work over 8 hours PTO is barley made you're lucky if you can get a week off a year

This is about the most toxic work environment on the planet. You can do everything 100% correct and still get chastised and written up. Management seems to rather throw people under the bus than take responsibility for their own incompetence.
