Pros

Company has very employee-centric policies and generally a caring culture. Leadership has a clear vision of where they are taking the organization and have a focus on reducing waste and errors to produce accurate results for patients over 99.9% of the time. Employees have multiple avenues to be heard by leaders and the organization has multiple diversity and inclusion groups and participates in numerous charity organizations.

Cons

Every process is highly engineered, which is great for patients and providers, but the exacting standards and tight controls may be difficult for some to adapt to. Salaries are average for the industry, but bonus payments have been below average as the company seeks to control expenses to meet Wall Street expectations. Limited opportunities for advancement in "corporate functions" roles unless you're willing to relocate or live/work in Madison, NJ.

Cons

this is a long list but I will try to be brief. The people, of all of the people I work with, only about 12 of them are actually trying to make the place better. The rest work in a constant state of anxiety and laziness which can only be described as looming threat. the ambience of the place just feels wrong. the disregard for your cries for help on something can be the best thing you get from people's attitudes. The disregard for actual work problems from the higher ups, I mean the sups and the heads of department by the way, and the heads of divisions, can be excruciatingly ill fought. Especially when it comes to being a person who comes up with 30 ideas and all of them would be helpful but only 2 are ever considered. The lack of professionalism is for lack of a better word, minimal. I have had plenty of frustrations here and honestly, unless you are in the mood to get attacked verbally, emotionally, or are desperate for money from a good job and are okay to play quiet, avoid this place at all costs.
