Self-Evaluations - it's not my job to tell you how I think I'm doing in my role Minimal Raises - They don't even try to keep up with inflation rates, and the raises are not merit-based, even if they try to tell you they are. Extreme Lack of Communication - Sales throws their clients to the wolves after setting them up; Customer Solutions is swamped with trying to fix the messes that Sales usually created; Logistics is always at fault, even when they're doing their jobs correctly; Processing is micromanaged to the Nth degree.
