Remote work and maybe health screening (which other companies provide monetary incentives)

Recently humbled by Labcorp in 2022, couldn’t even hit $1 billion in profit for 2022. You’re going to work insane hours and probably weekends as well. Teams are spread so thin due to a recent enterprise wide “transition”. Given three days to decide if employees want a demotion or leave the company with severance pay. They did this to an employee that’s been with the company for 10+ years and slaved away during COVID.

No communication between levels of management, mandatory overtime, terrible couture (not allowed to say good morning because they want communication between employees minimized), hire and fire everyone with no warning based on open enrollment season
