Pros
Ummm, maybe their 5% match on 401K, but it USED to be 6%… just one other thing they took back! Can’t think of another pro honestly.
Cons
Management is HORRIBLE! They’re never held accountable for poor decisions, instead they blame the employees for not working hard enough lol! They’re only worried about their bonuses, of which is much higher than the people who bust their butts doing all the work! The micromanagement causes a toxic environment and gives you a pit in your stomach as soon as you walk through the door! Employees are so expendable, if they want you gone, they’ll lie, steal, and cheat to get you out! Nobody does a single thing about it, and the supervisors are all rogue!! They’re demeaning, condescending, and flat out disrespectful! When you stand up for yourself against their abuse, you find yourself written up for the 1st time EVER, and before you know it… in 3 months you’re being issued a final warning. But when you read it, you’re gassed because every thing written is a complete LIE! But again, upper management lets them get away with it and that’s why there’s so much turnover!! Pay sucks, days are stressful due to always being short handed, and the patients are allowed to treat you like garbage, curse you out, get in your face, but when they lie and complain about YOU, they’re always believed over you & your witnesses lol! Forget about advancing, even if you’re the obvious choice, every promotion goes to a supervisors “favorite”, even if they’re not as qualified as others who apply. Friends and family first at that joint! Place is a freaking joke!
