Managers are irresponsible, incompetent, and don't know how to lead. They only care about production and nothing else, when you don't meet production or mess up the production, they will be sure on your case. There is a reason why people are quitting and transferring out of the department. Company are not doing well, had had few lay offs for the last 3 years since I've been here, each time was roughly 50 people were let go, the biggest one was when they laid off the entire department. Now they are closing their testing lab in Philadelphia, the outcome is not good.

Working at quest is like dealing with high school drama all over again . Managers and supervisors are LAZY and MESSY . They do not help out in production because they feel as though they’re above that now . Managers get emotional and have favorites in the staff . The PAY IS HORRIBLE . VERY UNLIKELY to see anything above a 0.2% pay rate increase . However you are still expected to go above and beyond in your position . Yearly bonuses are not even HALF of your check . If you speak to HR About company problems you are seen as a problem yourself and a shift will happen in your work day . Beware it may seem like a nice company but it’s very misleading . Not the company they once were. Kelsey seybold and labcorp are outshining Quest . Also the reason why Quest Diagnostics Turn-over rate is so very low . People are leaving to work for other company’s .
